⚠️ SCAM ALERT⚠️Calls Claiming to Be from Capitol View

We’ve received reports that scammers are spoofing Capitol View Credit Union’s phone number and pretending to be from our Disputes Team. These callers may ask for access to your online banking, including your security code or password.

These calls are NOT coming from us!

👉 Please remember:

  • Capitol View CU will never ask for your online banking password, verification code, or full account number over the phone.
  • If you receive a suspicious call, hang up immediately and call us directly at (515) 348-8350.
  • Do not share personal or account information with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly, even if it appears to be from a Capitol View phone number.
