A Message to the Members (Fall 2024)

We’ve been making a lot of changes at Capitol View Credit Union lately – a new logo and branding, new building signage, a new website, some exciting new services such as SavvyMoney, and even a new design to our member newsletter. While these changes have been exciting and we hope you like the choices we’ve made, I want to emphasize one important fact – we have not changed our focus.

Capitol View Credit Union remains committed to serving Iowa’s public employees and their families.

Unlike community credit unions and banks, Capitol View Credit Union is not open to the general public, nor do we have any intentions to do so. Instead, we serve exclusively the following groups of Iowans:

  • City Government Employees
  • County Government Employees
  • Public School District Employees
  • State of Iowa Employees
  • Federal Government Employees
  • Family members of existing Capitol View members

When Capitol View grows, we all benefit, so be sure to share your credit union with family and co-workers!
