2 Software products are available: The CapView software that is a full suite for endoscopic capsule exams reviewing and report generation; and the ECCA software that allows the creation of events datasets to be used on computer vision algorithms. 

 The CapView Annotation Software was created with the help of clinician’s feedback for the purpose of creating an easy to use, multi-functionalities endoscopic capsule exams reviewing and report generation software suite.

The CapView Annotation Software has the following features:

- Compatible with Given Imaging and Olympus endoscopic capsules.

- Buit-in browser for easy access to CapView.org and the CapView.org community.

- Direct export of events to the CapView.org community.

- Export exam events to image and video format with different durations (5s, 10s, 15s, 30s, 1m, 2m and 5m).

- Built-in report generator and previewer.

- Contains a color bar for a quick visual assessment of the capsule location.

- Multiple reviewing doctors database.

- Multi-image viewer, from a single image up to 128 images.

- Multiple video speed (0.5x up to 16x).

- Bult-in image editor with free hand drawing and image effects.

- Built-in exam browser that displays video, events and report status as well as patient's information.

- Gastric emptying time and Small bowel transit time auto calculation.

- Patient information with requisition and procedure information.

- Ability to restore last opened exam or report.

- Quick event annotation with preset of clinical terms.

- Add events for later annotation.

- Quick-View ability that displays only different images.

- Spell checking with syntax highlighter.

- Ability to backup exams to server.

- SiiMA-Gastro integration with report sharing.

- More features in development.

Note: Some situations, mostly institutional proxys, can block uploads of events to this community directly form the CapView application. This situation should be handled by the person responsable for the institution proxy and is not a CapView bug.

The ECCA (Endoscopic Capsule Capview cAtaloguer) software is intended to create a well annotated, supervised, visual dataset to be used on computer vision algorithms.
